Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing immediate customer engagement and a seamless live chat experience directly within their Shopify dashboard, Orka is likely the better choice. Its focus on simplicity and conversion makes it suitable for smaller businesses or those just starting to implement live chat support. However, businesses with a high volume of customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, social media, and live chat) and a need for robust ticket management, automation, and reporting should strongly consider Repli Desk. Repli Desk offers a more comprehensive helpdesk solution designed for businesses requiring advanced support capabilities.
