Our Verdict
Live Chat & AI ChatGPT : Orka appears to be a strong choice for merchants prioritizing a simple, direct, and highly responsive live chat experience deeply integrated within the Shopify dashboard. The higher number of reviews (24) suggests a more established user base and a greater degree of confidence in its functionality and reliability. It's well-suited for smaller to medium-sized businesses that value immediate customer interaction and personalized product recommendations.
Taggo: Inbox & AI Chatbot, with fewer reviews, might be more appealing to merchants who are particularly interested in an all-in-one solution with AI capabilities and an inbox management system. However, without a substantial review base or specific details about its ease of use and features, merchants should proceed with caution and potentially explore a trial or demo before committing.
