Our Verdict
Orka is best suited for Shopify merchants who want to actively engage with customers in real-time, providing immediate assistance and personalized recommendations. Its strength lies in its simplicity and directness, making it ideal for smaller businesses or those focusing on high-touch customer service. UnanimityAI is a better choice for larger stores or merchants dealing with a high volume of customer support requests across multiple channels. Its automation capabilities and ability to handle complex tasks like returns and refunds can significantly reduce workload and improve efficiency. The lack of reviews for UnanimityAI, however, warrants caution, and merchants should carefully evaluate its performance before fully committing.
