Our Verdict
If a merchant wants to provide weather information to enhance the user experience based on location, Live Weather Forecast by ES is the only viable option here. However, the lack of reviews and a zero rating is concerning and warrants caution. Merchants should thoroughly test this app before committing. On the other hand, if a merchant is looking to provide an audio experience, market their music, or provide audio content, POWR: Background Music Player is clearly the better choice, given its positive early user feedback and relevant feature set.
POWR: Background Music Player is recommended for merchants in the music, podcasting, or audiobook industries, or any business that wants to add an audio element to their site for marketing or entertainment. Live Weather Forecast by ES would only be recommended with extreme caution, given the complete lack of social proof, and only for use cases where presenting weather information is genuinely value-adding.
