LiveSupporti ‑ Live Chat vs Relocate+ Order Editorfor Shopify (2026)
LiveSupporti ‑ Live Chat and Relocate+ Order Editor, while both categorized under 'Helpdesk' in the Shopify App Store, address fundamentally different aspects of customer support. LiveSupporti likely provides real-time assistance through live chat, enabling direct interaction and immediate solutions to customer queries. However, the limited number of reviews (5) and a rating of 4.2/5 suggest it may be a newer app or one with less established market presence and possibly fewer features. Relocate+ Order Editor, on the other hand, focuses on empowering customers with self-service order management, reducing the need for direct support interactions. This is achieved through rule-based order editing functionalities, allowing customers to modify addresses, products, and other order details within specified parameters. Its higher rating (5/5) and a significantly larger number of reviews (31) indicate a more established user base and potentially higher user satisfaction. Relocate+ boasts integrations with popular platforms like ShipStation and Recharge, expanding its utility.

Our Verdict
The choice between LiveSupporti and Relocate+ depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs and priorities. If a merchant is looking for a way to provide immediate, personalized support through live chat, LiveSupporti might be a viable option, although the limited review data necessitates caution. However, if the primary goal is to reduce the volume of customer support inquiries related to order changes and to empower customers with self-service capabilities, Relocate+ Order Editor is the clearly superior choice. Its higher rating, greater number of reviews, and feature set tailored towards order management make it a more reliable and effective solution for merchants aiming to optimize their post-purchase customer experience. Businesses struggling with high return rates due to incorrect shipping addresses or order errors will likely find Relocate+ to be invaluable.
