Our Verdict
The choice between Logify and WhatsApp & Helpdesk ‑ MyAlice depends entirely on the merchant's priorities. Logify is suited for businesses prioritizing internal security, operational transparency, and detailed activity monitoring, especially those handling sensitive data or requiring strict compliance. Its low rating and limited reviews, however, should be a major consideration, potentially indicating usability or reliability issues. WhatsApp & Helpdesk ‑ MyAlice is ideal for merchants seeking to leverage messaging platforms to boost sales, improve customer service, and build stronger customer relationships. Its higher rating and more substantial review count suggest a more positive user experience. Unless security is a paramount concern and the merchant is willing to risk potential issues with Logify, WhatsApp & Helpdesk ‑ MyAlice appears to be the stronger choice for most Shopify businesses.
