Logify vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Logify and Zigpoll Customer Surveys both fall under the Operations and Analytics categories in the Shopify app store, but they address fundamentally different needs. Logify focuses on internal operational monitoring, providing real-time tracking of store activities, admin logs, and staff actions. Its target audience is likely larger stores with multiple staff members or those in highly regulated industries that require detailed audit trails. Zigpoll Customer Surveys, on the other hand, is an external-facing app centered on collecting customer feedback through surveys. It aims to help merchants understand customer sentiment, optimize marketing efforts, and improve conversion rates. Our Verdict
Given the vast difference in reviews and ratings, Zigpoll Customer Surveys appears to offer a significantly better user experience and deliver on its promises more effectively than Logify. For merchants prioritizing customer insights and marketing optimization, Zigpoll is the clear choice. Logify, with its focus on internal monitoring, might be suitable for specific businesses with strict compliance needs or complex team structures. However, the low rating and lack of reviews raise serious concerns about its reliability and ease of use, making it a riskier option until significant improvements are made.
