Lookfy Lookbook: Image Gallery vs Picture It: AR & Art Previewsfor Shopify (2026)
Lookfy Lookbook: Image Gallery and Picture It: AR & Art Previews both focus on enhancing visual appeal on Shopify stores but cater to vastly different needs. Lookfy is a general-purpose image gallery app, designed to create visually engaging lookbooks, product galleries, and portfolios. It offers a wide array of layout options, bulk upload capabilities, and product tagging functionality to improve product discovery and conversions across a broad product catalog. Picture It: AR & Art Previews, on the other hand, is highly specialized, offering augmented reality (AR) previews for wall art and furniture, allowing customers to visualize products in their homes before purchasing. This niche focus makes it ideal for art galleries, decor shops, and furniture stores. Lookfy aims to improve the overall shopping experience by providing an immersive visual presentation of products. Its strength lies in its versatility and robust features for showcasing various products through galleries. Picture It focuses on building customer confidence and reducing purchase hesitancy in art and home decor by enabling virtual placement. Although Picture It boasts a perfect rating, its lower review count suggests a smaller user base and a more targeted application than the more established and generalized Lookfy.
