Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants focused on building and scaling a subscription-based business, Loop Subscriptions App is the clear choice. Its comprehensive features for managing subscriptions, reducing churn, and recovering payments offer substantial long-term value. However, the setup and maintenance might require a steeper learning curve. Sumi: Full Page Bundle Builder is better suited for stores that want to quickly implement customizable bundles without the complexities of a full subscription management system. If your goal is to increase average order value (AOV) through customer-defined bundles and offer a simple, visually integrated experience, Sumi is the more appropriate option. It prioritizes simplicity and ease of use over advanced subscription functionalities.
Loop Subscriptions app is better for established or growing subscription businesses. Sumi is better for simpler bundle offerings or AOV boosts.
