Loox ‑ Visual Product Reviews vs Vitals: Reviews, Bundles, AIfor Shopify (2026)
Loox - Visual Product Reviews and Vitals: Reviews, Bundles, AI both aim to enhance Shopify stores, but they approach it from different angles. Loox positions itself as a specialized solution focusing on visual social proof, primarily through photo and video reviews, with a strong emphasis on aesthetics and integrations to push reviews to other channels. Vitals, on the other hand, is an all-in-one app designed to replace multiple single-purpose apps, offering a broad range of features from product reviews to AI-powered tools, covering conversion optimization, upselling, and store design. The key difference lies in their scope. Loox provides deep functionality within the realm of visual reviews and referrals, while Vitals offers a wider, albeit potentially shallower, suite of tools. Loox is attractive to merchants who prioritize visual social proof and want a dedicated solution for collecting and displaying reviews in a visually appealing way. Vitals appeals to merchants seeking a comprehensive solution to address various aspects of their store management and optimization, aiming to consolidate multiple apps into one platform.
