Lopaa AI vs Notch – Customer Support Suitefor Shopify (2026)
Lopaa AI and Notch – Customer Support Suite both aim to improve customer support for Shopify merchants, but they adopt fundamentally different approaches. Lopaa AI positions itself as a tool for merchants to manage their own customer support in-house by centralizing communication channels like chat, email, and WhatsApp. Its focus is on providing a system for handling complaints, tracking orders, and enabling real-time communication through agents and AI. In contrast, Notch – Customer Support Suite offers a fully managed customer support service, effectively outsourcing the entire function. Our Verdict
Lopaa AI appears suited for merchants who prefer to retain control over their customer support operations and have the resources to manage it effectively. It provides tools to streamline communication and handle complaints, but requires active involvement. On the other hand, Notch – Customer Support Suite is the better choice for merchants who want to completely offload customer support responsibilities. While it offers data-driven business insights, its primary value lies in allowing business owners to concentrate on core business activities rather than being bogged down by customer service tasks. Given the limited user reviews, potential users are advised to thoroughly investigate both apps before making a decision.
