Lopaa AI vs Relocate+ Order Editorfor Shopify (2026)
Lopaa AI and Relocate+ Order Editor, while both falling under the Shopify Helpdesk category, offer drastically different solutions for merchants. Lopaa AI positions itself as a centralized complaint and query management system, aiming to streamline customer support interactions through chat, email, and WhatsApp, integrated with CRM platforms. Its focus lies on providing agents and AI-powered assistance for handling customer issues. Relocate+ Order Editor, on the other hand, empowers customers to self-manage aspects of their orders such as addresses, products, and shipping options, directly reducing the need for support intervention. Relocate+ Order Editor directly focuses on minimizing support requests by giving customers autonomy to make specific changes to their orders, a self-service approach that significantly reduces common contact reasons and increases satisfaction. Lopaa AI appears to be a complete helpdesk solution integrating complaints across all channels, a customer facing AI chatbot, and agent assistance. The fundamental difference is whether the merchant prefers proactively preventing customer issues by empowering self-service or reactively resolving them via an integrated helpdesk with support from agents and AI bots.

Our Verdict
For merchants experiencing a high volume of diverse customer support requests across multiple channels and utilizing CRM systems, Lopaa AI presents a potentially comprehensive solution. The agent and AI support could prove effective, assuming the AI is well-trained. However, the complete lack of reviews is a significant risk factor.
Relocate+ Order Editor is the better choice for merchants seeking to proactively minimize support tickets and empower customers with self-service order editing capabilities. The positive reviews and clear value proposition related to reduced returns and increased satisfaction make it a more reliable option. For a store battling frequent address changes or product modifications, Relocate+ likely has a bigger immediate impact.
