Common Questions
Which app is better for improving my store's Google ranking?
LoyaltyHarbour Image Optimizer directly improves Google ranking by optimizing image alt text and filenames for SEO and by increasing the site speed, a crucial ranking factor. Vidjet Shoppable Videos +Story can indirectly improve ranking through increased user engagement and time on site, but LoyaltyHarbour is the more direct and targeted solution for SEO related to images.
I have a lot of images, is there an automatic way to optimize them?
LoyaltyHarbour Image Optimizer automatically scans your store for new images and optimizes them. Vidjet offers bulk-embedding for videos but does not specify automatic content creation or video updates.
Does Vidjet work with UGC?
Yes, the description specifically mentions that Vidjet works with User-Generated Content (UGC) videos, allowing you to import and publish these videos on your store.
Which app will help me more in increasing sales?
It depends on your strategy. LoyaltyHarbour Image Optimizer's sales increase is indirect, based on better SEO and user experience due to faster loading times. Vidjet Shoppable Videos +Story directly aims to increase sales by allowing you to tag products in videos, add coupon codes, and create compelling CTAs.
Can I revert changes made by either app?
LoyaltyHarbour Image Optimizer explicitly states that you can restore an individual image or a whole set of images with a press of a button. Vidjet Shoppable Videos +Story does not specifically mention the ability to easily revert video embeddings but presumably you can remove the embeds.
