Our Verdict
The choice between Loyoly and Offsettr hinges entirely on the merchant's priorities. If the primary goal is to cultivate a deeply engaged customer base through a multifaceted loyalty program incorporating rewards for various actions, including UGC, then Loyoly is the clear choice. Its extensive feature set and positive user reviews (supported by a larger sample size) suggest a robust platform. However, if the merchant's focus is on sustainability and offering customers a simple way to offset their carbon footprint, then Offsettr is the better option. Offsettr allows businesses to tap into the growing market of environmentally conscious consumers. A business could potentially use both apps, depending on how they wish to approach loyalty programs.
