Our Verdict
For merchants focused on building a vibrant community, actively engaging customers, and generating UGC, Loyoly ‑ Loyalty and Referral is the stronger choice. Its comprehensive loyalty program provides a multitude of options for rewarding customer behavior and fostering brand loyalty. However, if the primary goal is to reduce cart abandonment and increase average order value without extensive community management, Persistent Cart ‑ Sync Devices is the more efficient solution. Its seamless, behind-the-scenes functionality addresses a specific pain point and can deliver a direct return on investment through increased sales. The choice depends on the merchant's strategic goals and resources available for actively managing a loyalty program.
