Our Verdict
Loyoly is the clear choice for merchants primarily focused on driving sales through traditional loyalty programs, referrals, and UGC campaigns. Its high rating and positive reviews suggest strong performance and user satisfaction. ZeroPact.co is better suited for merchants who prioritize environmental responsibility and seek to cater to eco-conscious consumers. However, its lack of reviews and unknown support quality make it a riskier choice, unless the merchant is strongly committed to sustainability and willing to be an early adopter. If building out a customer loyalty program with multiple layers is the goal, Loyoly is the better bet.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Loyoly explicitly states a 3-minute setup time, indicating a potentially simpler initial configuration. ZeroPact.co doesn't mention setup time, although "seamless integration" is promised, but this does not necessarily mean fast or easy.
Which app is better for generating user-generated content?
Loyoly offers over 40 missions specifically designed to encourage UGC creation. ZeroPact.co does not directly facilitate UGC.
Which app offers a more direct sales lift?
Loyoly's rewards and referral programs are directly linked to sales. ZeroPact.co may indirectly boost sales by attracting eco-conscious consumers, but its impact is less immediate and quantifiable.
Which app has better customer support?
Loyoly explicitly offers 24/7 support. Support for ZeroPact.co is not specified and unknown.
If I only have budget for one, and I don't know which is better, which should I install?
Given the high rating and number of reviews, Loyoly presents the less risky and better proven option. It likely provides a tangible return through increased sales and customer retention, something ZeroPact.co will not be able to guarantee immediately.
