Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive solution with AI-driven insights and detailed checkout analytics, Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay is likely the better choice, despite the slightly lower rating. Its 'Discovery' feature and prebuilt conversion funnels offer a powerful advantage for identifying and resolving conversion bottlenecks. The larger user base also provides a potentially more active support community.
However, if a merchant is primarily focused on session replay, surveys, and heatmaps, and values a slightly higher rating and potentially simpler interface, Propel Replay, Survey, Heatmap may be a more suitable option. It could be a better choice for businesses that prefer a more focused tool without the added complexity of AI-driven analysis. Ultimately, the decision depends on the merchant's specific needs and budget.
