Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants looking to sell books, Lulu Direct is the only option presented here. However, the low rating should give pause and necessitate further investigation into user reviews and alternative book printing solutions. If the merchant is primarily focused on selling custom-designed merchandise like phone cases or accessories, Podbase: Print on Demand appears to be the superior choice based on its significantly higher rating, larger number of reviews, and emphasis on fast turnaround times and high profit margins. Due to its superior features and support, Podbase: Print on Demand is the stronger recommendation unless a business is exclusively focused on books.
