Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with quickly improving SEO and product discoverability using AI-driven automation, Lyros ‑ Smart SEO & Tags offers a compelling solution. The low number of reviews should be considered; merchants might want to investigate further before committing. However, if the primary goal is to create a highly customized and data-rich storefront using metafields, Metafields Guru is the clear choice. Its robust feature set for managing metafields, combined with a large number of positive reviews, indicates a reliable and well-supported app.
Ultimately, the choice depends on the merchant's specific needs and priorities. If SEO is the main concern, Lyros, if proven reliable over time, is a valuable tool. For extensive storefront customization, Metafields Guru is better suited. Merchants could potentially use both apps if their needs encompass both SEO enhancements and custom storefront data.
