Our Verdict
For merchants who want to capitalize on the growing popularity of video marketing and social media engagement, Lyve: Shoppable Video & UGC is the clear choice. Its features, like AI-powered personalization and direct integration with platforms like TikTok and Instagram, offer a powerful way to attract new customers and boost sales. However, merchants who are not focused on video content and are primarily interested in increasing average order values through targeted upselling will find Xpansion Bulk Product Upsell more suitable.
While both apps have a 5/5 rating, the higher number of reviews for Lyve indicates wider adoption and potentially more validation. Xpansion has a more specific use case that addresses a core eCommerce goal, increasing order value, but its features may not be as broadly appealing as Lyve's. Ultimately, the best choice depends on a merchant's specific marketing strategy and business goals.
