Our Verdict
For merchants whose primary goal is to increase COD sales by improving the checkout experience and offering more flexible payment options, Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell is the better choice. Its features like customizable forms, partial payments, and abandoned cart recovery are designed to convert more browsers into buyers. However, if a merchant is plagued by a significant number of fake or fraudulent COD orders, Moose: COD IVR Order Verifier provides a direct solution by automating order verification. While Madgic might indirectly reduce some fraud through improved checkout flow and data capture, Moose directly addresses the issue of order validity before fulfillment.
