Our Verdict
The best app for a merchant depends entirely on their specific needs. If a business relies heavily on Cash on Delivery and seeks to optimize the checkout process, recover abandoned carts, and offer partial payments, Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell is the clear choice. Its features are tailored to boosting COD sales and protecting margins. However, if a merchant simply needs to allow customers to attach files to their contact form for inquiries or support requests, My File Field provides a straightforward and simple solution. For businesses not heavily reliant on COD, Madgic Order's feature set would be unnecessary and potentially overly complex.
