Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell vs POWR Contact Form Builderfor Shopify (2026)
Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell and POWR Contact Form Builder both fall under the 'Notifications' and 'Forms' categories on Shopify, but cater to very different merchant needs. Madgic Order specializes in streamlining Cash on Delivery (COD) checkouts with a focus on optimizing the order completion process. It offers features like custom COD forms, partial payments, COD fees, abandoned cart recovery, and integration with marketing pixels. It's clearly geared towards merchants who heavily rely on COD as a payment method and want to enhance their mobile checkout experience. POWR Contact Form Builder, on the other hand, is a more general-purpose form builder aimed at lead generation, data capture, and various types of forms beyond just order checkouts. POWR provides a wide range of customizable templates and features such as multi-step forms, conditional logic, file uploads, and integrations with popular marketing platforms. Its strength lies in its versatility and ability to create diverse forms for different purposes, including contact forms, event registrations, and feedback collection. While POWR offers form features suitable for order collection, it lacks the COD-specific functionalities like partial payments or COD fees provided by Madgic Order. Also, POWR advertises direct email marketing capabilities (for Business users), which is something Madgic doesn't appear to offer. Given the large difference in review volume, POWR also has a much more established user base.
