Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell and RI Cash On Delivery both target Shopify merchants using Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, but they approach the problem from different angles. Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with maximizing sales and providing a seamless checkout experience, Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell appears to be the better choice. Its focus on form customization, abandoned cart recovery, and partial payments provides a comprehensive solution for optimizing the COD checkout process. However, merchants experiencing significant issues with COD fraud and seeking robust risk management tools would likely benefit more from RI Cash On Delivery.
The lack of reviews for RI Cash On Delivery introduces uncertainty. While its feature set is relevant for fraud prevention, the absence of user feedback makes it difficult to assess its effectiveness and usability. The positive reviews and wider feature set of Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell, focused on boosting conversions, make it a safer initial choice unless the merchant is *primarily* facing fraud issues.
