Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with boosting sales and optimizing their COD checkout process, Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell is the better choice. Its wide array of features, including abandoned cart recovery, partial payments, and extensive customization options, make it well-suited for improving the customer experience and driving conversions.
However, if security and fraud prevention are the top priorities, Secure Cash on Delivery COD might be considered, though the lack of reviews is a significant risk factor. Its OTP verification and conditional payment method hiding provide essential safeguards against fraudulent orders and disputes. Merchants should, however, strongly consider the lack of user feedback and thoroughly test the app before widespread implementation. Given the information available in 2026, the established track record, features and positive user feedback of Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell makes it the stronger choice for most merchants.
