Our Verdict
For merchants whose business model heavily relies on Cash on Delivery and are looking to optimize their checkout process, increase conversions, and protect margins with COD-specific features, Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell is the clear choice. Its focused feature set, higher rating, and more numerous reviews suggest it effectively addresses the challenges and opportunities in COD transactions. The Facebook and TikTok pixel integration is also crucial for merchants relying on paid advertising.
However, if a merchant needs a general-purpose form builder for various applications beyond COD checkout (e.g., contact forms, surveys, feedback forms) and values ease of use and the ability to generate PDF submissions, Zeal FormFactory might be a suitable option. Although its lower rating and fewer reviews warrant caution, its broader form creation capabilities could be beneficial depending on specific business requirements.
