Our Verdict
For merchants needing a robust, highly customizable order limits solution with granular control and the ability to create complex rules, Madgic Order Limits Quantity is the clear choice, despite the potentially steeper learning curve associated with its custom rules builder. However, its positive rating and customer support suggest a valuable, if potentially more complex, experience. OrderRules – Checkout Limits is better suited for merchants who only need a simple and direct way to set maximum order quantities for specific products and variants to prevent overselling. Due to the lack of reviews and features, OrderRules is only recommended for merchants with very simple needs who prioritize ease of use and are willing to take a risk on an unproven app. The large difference in reviews and ratings suggests a significant difference in user satisfaction.
