Magic: Before And After Slider vs OSOM Instagram feedfor Shopify (2026)
Magic: Before And After Slider and OSOM Instagram feed both fall under the 'Images and Media - Other' category on the Shopify app store, but they serve fundamentally different purposes. Magic: Before And After Slider, judging by its name, aims to allow merchants to showcase product transformations or comparisons through interactive before-and-after sliders. However, it currently lacks any reviews or ratings. OSOM Instagram feed, on the other hand, focuses on leveraging social proof by embedding an Instagram feed directly onto a Shopify store. It boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on 7 reviews, suggesting early positive reception and a focus on social media marketing and conversion rate optimization. OSOM Instagram feed is clearly positioned towards merchants who actively use Instagram for marketing and want to seamlessly integrate their social presence with their Shopify store to increase engagement and sales. It is designed to be easy to install and customize, requiring no complicated coding. Without reviews and a lack of description to reference, Magic: Before And After Slider's appeal is harder to gauge; but with a clearer description would cater more to merchants selling products with visible results or improvements that can be showcased visually. It could also cater to demonstrating product features.
