Magical Make an Offer vs Wholesale Lock Manager: B2Bfor Shopify (2026)
Magical Make an Offer and Wholesale Lock Manager: B2B, while both falling under the 'Pricing' and 'Pricing quotes' categories on Shopify, serve fundamentally different purposes. Magical Make an Offer is designed to increase sales by enabling customers to negotiate prices through 'Make an Offer' and 'Pay What You Want' functionalities. It focuses on flexible pricing strategies and negotiation automation. Wholesale Lock Manager: B2B, on the other hand, caters to merchants needing to manage wholesale and retail operations from a single Shopify store by controlling access to specific content, prices, and features for different customer groups. Magical Make an Offer's strength lies in its robust offer management system, including automated offer acceptance/decline rules, customizable notifications, and detailed analytics. Its target audience is primarily DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) businesses looking to boost sales and customer engagement through dynamic pricing. Wholesale Lock Manager: B2B shines in its ability to restrict access and tailor the shopping experience for B2B customers by hiding pricing, products, and entire sections of the store from non-wholesale customers. This app is geared toward businesses with both retail and wholesale operations who require segmentation and access control.
