Common Questions
Can Mailchimp automate tasks beyond email and SMS marketing?

Does Shopify Flow handle email marketing?
Shopify Flow can trigger actions related to email marketing, such as adding customers to email lists or updating customer profiles based on their behavior. But you'll likely still need a dedicated email marketing platform like Mailchimp to send and manage email campaigns.
Which app is easier to set up for a beginner?
