Our Verdict
Choosing between Mailo AI and Vennie depends heavily on the merchant's existing infrastructure and specific needs. Mailo AI is a better choice for stores that primarily rely on email for customer support and seek to improve email workflow, gain customer service insights, and have automated email interactions. Vennie is better suited for stores that already utilize Zendesk, as it seamlessly integrates to automate actions and resolve tickets directly. If the merchant prioritizes direct action within Shopify via Zendesk automation and offers multilingual support, Vennie is the stronger option. However, due to low review numbers for both apps, a trial of each would be prudent.
