Our Verdict
For merchants with brick-and-mortar stores aiming to drive online traffic to their physical locations, MAPPY: Store Locator & Maps is the clear choice. Its features are specifically designed to facilitate this, offering tools for bulk importing locations, automatic detection of nearby stores, and customizable map displays. Propel Replay, Survey, Heatmap, while equally well-rated, is geared towards merchants focused on optimizing their online store's user experience and conversion rates. If understanding user behavior and identifying areas for improvement on your website is your priority, then Propel is the more suitable option.
Ultimately, the 'better' app depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs and business model. If you have physical locations, MAPPY wins. If you are purely online, Propel provides far greater value.
