Massively Live Chat & Chatbots vs Relocate+ Order Editorfor Shopify (2026)
Massively Live Chat & Chatbots and Relocate+ Order Editor both aim to improve customer support on Shopify, but they approach the problem from very different angles. Massively focuses on proactive customer engagement through live chat and AI-powered chatbots across multiple channels like websites, social media, and SMS. It emphasizes automating answers to common questions, handling order status lookups, and connecting customers with live agents when needed. Relocate+ Order Editor, on the other hand, centers on empowering customers to self-manage their order details after the order is placed. This includes editing shipping addresses, modifying product selections, and canceling orders, all without requiring direct support interaction. Relocate+ Order Editor's strength lies in reducing support tickets related to post-purchase order adjustments and improving customer satisfaction through self-service. Massively's advantage is in providing real-time support, lead generation, and automated customer service across a wider range of communication channels. Massively targets merchants who want to be readily available to answer questions and proactively assist customers, while Relocate+ Order Editor is ideal for businesses looking to minimize post-purchase support overhead and empower customers with order control.

Our Verdict
Relocate+ Order Editor is the stronger recommendation for merchants specifically struggling with a high volume of customer service requests related to order changes. Its perfect rating and established user base (31 reviews) offer more confidence. The ability to reduce returns and increase customer satisfaction with self-serve editing capabilities is compelling.
Massively Live Chat & Chatbots, despite its ambitious feature set and multi-channel approach, is difficult to recommend in its current state with no reviews and a zero rating. However, if a merchant is specifically looking for proactive customer engagement and multi-channel support automation, it might be worth exploring further *if* significant positive user feedback emerges. Otherwise, Relocate+ Order Editor provides a proven solution to a common e-commerce pain point.
Common Questions
Which app is better for reducing customer support tickets?
Relocate+ Order Editor is specifically designed to reduce customer support tickets related to order changes by empowering customers to edit orders themselves. Massively might indirectly reduce tickets by answering common questions, but its primary focus is on proactive engagement.
Does Massively Live Chat & Chatbots offer order editing capabilities?
The description of Massively Live Chat & Chatbots mentions order status lookup, but doesn't explicitly state order editing capabilities. It likely focuses on providing information rather than allowing direct modification.
Is Relocate+ Order Editor difficult to set up?
Based on the description, Relocate+ Order Editor appears relatively straightforward to set up, as it primarily involves creating rules for what customers can edit and when. The mention of integrations with ShipStation and Recharge suggests a streamlined process.
Which app is better for a new Shopify store?
