Our Verdict
Based on the available data, OTP ‑ CoD Order Verification appears to be the more established and feature-rich app. Its positive user reviews (albeit limited) and detailed description suggest it offers tangible benefits in reducing fake COD orders and improving operational efficiency. MC WhatsApp Order Notification lacks any supporting evidence of its functionality or user satisfaction, making it a riskier choice for merchants. Therefore, for merchants specifically targeting COD order verification and automated notifications, OTP ‑ CoD Order Verification is the recommended choice. MC WhatsApp Order Notification may be considered only if the merchant is willing to be an early adopter and accept the lack of existing user feedback.
