Given the vastly different functions and the limited available information, it's difficult to make a strong recommendation without further details on MP - Store Migration & Import. However, the established user base of MP ‑ Store Migration & Import (indicated by the higher review count) might provide a degree of reassurance, although this is outweighed by the fact that it may not be the app you're looking for at all.
