Our Verdict
Meeri: Push Notifications is best suited for Shopify merchants who want to focus specifically on leveraging web push notifications to recover abandoned carts and drive immediate sales through targeted promotions. It's a strong choice for merchants looking to actively re-engage website visitors. ZigChat, on the other hand, is better suited for merchants who require a comprehensive, multi-channel communication platform to manage customer interactions across various channels, automating customer support and marketing workflows.
Given the current data (2026), the lack of reviews and a zero rating for ZigChat is concerning. Until ZigChat establishes a user base and proves its reliability, Meeri: Push Notifications, despite having only a few reviews, is the safer and more immediately impactful choice for most merchants focused on revenue recovery through push notifications.
