Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing direct customer engagement and sales acceleration through personalized callbacks, Mega Callback is the likely better choice. Its focus on creating a sales funnel and building customer trust through quick communication aligns with a proactive sales strategy. However, the low review count should be considered.
Zeal FormFactory is more suitable for merchants needing flexible form solutions for data collection, feedback gathering, or order processing. Its emphasis on customization and automated PDF submission streamlines form management. While it has a lower rating and even fewer reviews, its utility is undeniable for stores requiring diverse form functionalities beyond simple callback requests. The right choice depends entirely on the specific business needs and desired level of customer interaction.
