Our Verdict
Given the available data, Ricemill | Fulfilment is the clear choice for Australian merchants using Australia Post or Sendle. Its perfect rating, explicit carrier support, and focus on ease of use make it a significantly more appealing option. Melhor Envio's extremely low rating raises serious concerns about its reliability and usability.
If a merchant requires broader, less-specified carrier support beyond the Australian market, and is willing to tolerate a potentially subpar user experience, Melhor Envio *might* be worth investigating further, but only after thorough research and consideration of the overwhelmingly negative reviews. However, for the vast majority of Shopify merchants, especially those in Australia, Ricemill | Fulfilment is the recommended solution.
