Our Verdict
Quick Returns and Exchanges ↻↺ is the clear winner for the vast majority of Shopify merchants in 2026. Its higher rating, significantly more reviews, and comprehensive feature set focused on improving the customer experience and streamlining operations make it a more valuable investment. The benefits of a smooth and efficient returns process are far-reaching, impacting customer loyalty and overall revenue.
MenuPort could be useful for merchants managing multiple Shopify stores and frequently updating menus, *if* the JSON formatting requirement isn't too cumbersome and *if* the poor rating can be explained and addressed. However, the risk associated with an app with such low satisfaction is significant. Most merchants should prioritize customer-facing improvements, making Quick Returns and Exchanges ↻↺ a more strategic choice.
