Our Verdict
Based on the limited information available, Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing shows initial promise with a 5-star rating, but the low number of reviews (5) makes it difficult to assess its long-term reliability. NotifyMe, while having no reviews, addresses a specific need: reliable staff notifications when internet access is unavailable. For merchants prioritizing marketing capabilities and customer engagement via WhatsApp, Mercuri may be worth investigating further once it has more user feedback. For merchants specifically seeking a simple, no-internet-required solution for receiving order and shipment alerts, NotifyMe could be suitable, but should be tested thoroughly due to the lack of existing reviews.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
NotifyMe claims very simple installation. Without detailed setup instructions for Mercuri, it's difficult to definitively say, but NotifyMe likely has a simpler initial configuration because it only uses SMS and its description focuses on ease of use.
Which app is more reliable?
Reliability is difficult to determine with limited data. NotifyMe emphasizes reliability even without an internet connection. Mercuri's reliability hinges on both SMS and WhatsApp's infrastructure.
Which app is better for sales?
Mercuri, with its emphasis on WhatsApp and SMS marketing, has more potential for direct sales activities. NotifyMe focuses on internal notifications, not directly on sales generation.
Can both apps send shipping updates to customers?
NotifyMe sends shipment alerts to *store employees*, not necessarily customers. Mercuri's broad marketing capabilities *could* be used for sending shipping updates to customers, but this is not explicitly stated.
Which app is more feature-rich?
Based on the limited data, Mercuri is likely more feature-rich due to its incorporation of WhatsApp in addition to SMS. NotifyMe seems to prioritize simplicity over feature depth.
