Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing proactive marketing campaigns and customer engagement via WhatsApp and SMS, Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing is the more promising option, particularly given its positive early reviews. However, the limited review count warrants caution. Smart SMS Notification caters to a more specific need: automated order tracking. Its 0/5 rating and reliance on external SMS providers necessitate thorough investigation and testing before widespread adoption. If a merchant's primary goal is to reduce customer inquiries about order status, Smart SMS Notification *might* be considered, but only after verifying its reliability and ease of integration with their chosen SMS provider.
