Our Verdict
Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing is ideal for Shopify merchants prioritizing direct customer communication and engagement strategies. Small to medium-sized businesses seeking to leverage WhatsApp and SMS for marketing campaigns, personalized offers, and customer support will likely find value in Mercuri. However, the very limited number of reviews should encourage cautious investigation.
TW ‑ Notify team on Slack is a better fit for merchants needing to streamline internal workflows and enhance team collaboration. Larger businesses, or those with complex operational processes where real-time notifications are crucial, would benefit from this app. The absence of reviews makes it difficult to assess its reliability and ease of use; merchants should carefully consider this lack of data before implementation. In most scenarios, in 2026, Mercuri presents less risk due to the existence of positive user feedback, however limited.
