MergeIt ‑ Combine Merge Orders vs SupaEasy: AI Functions creatorfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing a workflow automation app must consider their specific needs. 'MergeIt ‑ Combine Merge Orders' likely focuses on post-purchase order management, allowing merchants to combine multiple orders into one for streamlined fulfillment. In contrast, 'SupaEasy: AI Functions creator' addresses a broader range of workflow automation needs, particularly around checkout customization. It leverages AI to generate custom functions for discounts, shipping, payments, and validation, directly replacing the soon-to-be-deprecated Script Editor and adding functionality beyond that core Shopify feature. 'MergeIt ‑ Combine Merge Orders' may appeal to merchants who struggle with managing multiple orders from the same customer, needing to combine them to save on shipping costs and simplify fulfillment processes. SupaEasy, however, targets Shopify Plus merchants and those seeking advanced checkout customizations. It offers a no-code solution for creating complex business logic, making it accessible to a wider audience while simplifying advanced tasks formerly achievable only through scripts. With its AI capabilities, SupaEasy allows merchants to quickly adapt their checkout experience to changing market conditions or customer preferences. A significant difference is that 'SupaEasy' has a much larger number of reviews indicating the user base is much higher than 'MergeIt ‑ Combine Merge Orders'.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with combining customer orders to streamline fulfillment, 'MergeIt ‑ Combine Merge Orders' may be a straightforward and suitable option, assuming it functions as expected. However, the low number of reviews suggests a limited user base, making it difficult to assess long-term reliability. For merchants seeking advanced checkout customization and those impacted by the deprecation of Shopify Scripts, 'SupaEasy: AI Functions creator' is the clear winner. Its AI-powered function generation, no-code interface, and support for discounts, payments, delivery, and validation functions provide far more comprehensive capabilities.
Considering the significant difference in the number of reviews, 'SupaEasy' has demonstrated its value to a far greater number of users, providing a higher level of confidence in its functionality and support. If customization is a key priority, SupaEasy appears to be the stronger, more reliable choice. However, if order merging is the only need, and given the very limited data available on MergeIt, careful consideration and testing are advised.
