Our Verdict
Based on the data available, Order Returns | easyReturns appears to be the more reliable and well-received application based on its significantly higher rating and review count. It would be suitable for any merchant looking to improve and streamline their returns process. Mergify, while promising potentially significant cost savings related to shipping, suffers from a 0/5 rating and a relatively small number of reviews, raising concerns about its functionality and user experience. Merchants primarily concerned with reducing shipping costs through order merging should proceed with extreme caution when considering Mergify, and ideally seek alternative, better-reviewed solutions or trial it extensively before committing.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
Based on the data provided, it's difficult to definitively say which app is easier to use. However, Order Returns | easyReturns' higher rating suggests a more positive user experience overall.
Which app offers better customer support?
The provided data doesn't explicitly detail customer support quality. However, a higher rating and more positive reviews for Order Returns | easyReturns often correlate with better customer support experiences.
Which app is more suitable for small businesses?
Order Returns | easyReturns would be more suitable for small businesses needing an easy-to-implement and well-reviewed return solution, as it has a good rating and reasonable review count. Mergify's low rating should deter any merchant, regardless of size, from using it without thorough testing.
Does Mergify work with international orders?
The app description doesn't specifically exclude international orders. The crucial functionality of calculating shipping costs based on store rates *could* work for international orders, however testing is imperative. Given the zero rating, it's questionable if it performs as claimed at all.
