Our Verdict
MESA: Workflow Automation is the better choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive platform to automate various aspects of their business, especially those needing advanced integrations and AI capabilities. It's a solid choice for scaling businesses looking beyond basic automation. WhatFlow‑WhatsApp Automation is ideal for merchants who specifically want to leverage WhatsApp for customer support, marketing, and notifications. If WhatsApp is a critical communication channel for your target audience, WhatFlow is the more focused and likely the better suited solution. However, if your needs extend beyond WhatsApp, MESA provides a wider range of automation possibilities.
