Our Verdict
For merchants needing a robust solution for managing and displaying custom data on their storefront, Metafields Guru appears to be the stronger choice. Its positive rating and numerous reviews suggest a reliable and well-received application. Its strength is in handling structured data, beneficial for merchants with complex product specifications, downloadable content, or those seeking a more data-driven storefront. On the other hand, U-KOMI could be a good choice for merchants heavily focused on building social proof through UGC. However, its lack of reviews raises questions about its reliability and effectiveness. If a merchant is prioritizing customer engagement and conversion through reviews and social content, U-KOMI might be worth exploring *if* the lack of reviews is addressed by 2026.
