Our Verdict
For merchants requiring granular control over product data, enhanced customization through metafields, and data migration capabilities, Metafields Guru is the superior choice. Its robust feature set and higher number of positive reviews suggest a proven track record and a wider user base. The lack of necessary coding also makes it very useful for merchants that do not have a web developer on hand.
However, if a merchant is already deeply invested in Notion or desires a simplified content creation and management workflow using Notion's intuitive interface, XO Tunnel ‑ Notion sync presents a viable option. While the review count is low, the app's focus on streamlined content synchronization may be compelling for merchants prioritizing ease of use and collaborative content creation within the Notion ecosystem.
