Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing understanding and improving the user experience on their store, particularly identifying drop-off points and optimizing conversion funnels, Microsoft Clarity: AI Insights is potentially the right choice. However, the current lack of positive reviews is a considerable risk. Merchants should carefully monitor user feedback as it evolves. In contrast, for merchants focusing on enhancing their store's visibility in search engine results and improving page load times, Swift SEO Page Speed Optimizer is the more suitable option. With its solid rating and larger number of reviews, it appears to offer a more reliable solution for SEO and speed optimization.
Given the difference in reviews, and that both apps serve different needs, a merchant could optimally use *both* apps. If a merchant must pick only one, Swift SEO Page Speed Optimizer is the safer, more established option.
