Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on understanding user behavior and improving conversion rates, Microsoft Clarity: AI Insights appears to be the more relevant option, *in theory*. However, the exceptionally low rating and low number of reviews should give pause. It's advisable to proceed with extreme caution and potentially explore alternatives given its current standing.
Workflow Automation—React Flow is the clear choice for merchants seeking to automate operational tasks and streamline their backend processes. The high rating and significant number of reviews suggest a reliable and effective solution for order fulfillment, customer management, and integration with other business systems. If automation and efficiency are the priorities, Workflow Automation—React Flow is the stronger recommendation.
