Our Verdict
If your primary goal is to understand *how* users are interacting with your website and identify usability issues, MIDA: Heatmap, Replay Checkout is the better choice. It provides visual data to pinpoint areas of friction in the customer journey. However, if you prioritize gathering direct customer feedback to understand *why* they behave a certain way and want to use that feedback to improve your business strategy and marketing, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the superior option, especially with its AI analytics and multi-channel support. Zigpoll also offers abandoned checkout cart recovery features via surveys which MIDA does not.
